    On January 11, 2021, Zhongzi Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. participated in the Shangchai Co., Ltd. Supplier Conference and was awarded the "2020 VAVE Special Contribution Award".

 

    The so-called VAVE, also known as Value Analysis or Value Engineering, usually refers to value analysis and value engineering. Through in-depth research on value, function, and cost, collective wisdom and organized activities are used to conduct functional analysis of products or services using systematic methods, in order to achieve necessary functions at the lowest lifecycle cost and continuously improve product value and competitiveness.

    Shangchai Group analyzed and brainstormed the design scheme with the help of its technical department, procurement department, and quality department. From the perspectives of DFMA and DFC (Design for Cost), they leveraged their professional advantages to identify opportunities for cost reduction through technology. In collaboration with Zhongzi Company, they proposed the VAVE concept and conducted technical scheme simulation verification and demonstration. Experts or technical working groups evaluated the feasibility of the post-processing system components, including quality standards, customer needs, production technology, and whether they met regulatory requirements. The cost department conducted real cost accounting. The VAVE implementation of this natural gas National VI engine project had a huge cost reduction effort, and Zhongzi Company provided customers with the most cost-effective products.
