SINOTECH, a wholly-owned subsidiary, was established in 2022 and is located at No. 2, West Section of Chuangxin 3rd Road, Pengshan Economic Development Zone, Meishan City, Sichuan Province. The company is based on the research and manufacturing of new materials, dedicated to the development and application of precious metal catalysts, industrial catalysts, and oxygen storage materials. These products are widely used in the fields of automobile exhaust purification, industrial waste gas treatment, and green chemistry, providing core material support for environmental governance and the development of green industries.
A wholly-owned subsidiary of SINOTECH, Zhongzi Future Energy utilizes advanced energy storage system integration technology, photovoltaic power generation technology, microgrid control technology, and intelligent control platform to provide comprehensive energy and carbon management services covering photovoltaic, energy storage, smart microgrid, virtual power plants, zero carbon parks, and other fields for various customers. Zhongzi Future Energy focuses on the entire lifecycle of the energy system, providing integrated solutions from project investment, engineering construction to operation and maintenance, helping customers achieve energy structure optimization and carbon reduction goals, and promoting green, low-carbon, and sustainable development.

Formally established in January 2024, located at No. 888, Section 2, Huangang Road, Shuangliu District, Chengdu City, the first phase of the completed project covers an area of 87 acres with a building area of 46000 square meters. The company has established a complete capability for research and testing of composite materials, introduced a hot melt two-step thermosetting prepreg production line, a thermoplastic prepreg production line, various types of hot press cans, automatic wire laying machines, five axis CNC machining centers, C-scans and a series of high-performance composite material research and development equipment, and has the ability to produce 3 million square meters of high-performance prepreg and 70 tons of aviation composite structural components annually. The company focuses on the research and development, manufacturing, sales, and service of high-performance fiber-reinforced resin based composite materials, and is committed to becoming a leading provider of composite material solutions in China.
Established in 2011, it is a holding subsidiary of SINOTECH. The company is jointly established by Chengdu Guangming Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., a holding subsidiary of China Ordnance Industry Group Co., Ltd., and SINOTECH Company Limited Since its establishment, it has been committed to the research and development, production, and sales of internal combustion engine exhaust purification catalysts with catalytic technology as its core, and has provided exhaust purification devices for many well-known brand OEMs.
Zetai Technology Hong Kong Investment Limited focuses on providing customized energy storage solutions for residential, commercial, industrial, and large-scale electricity customers. The company's system is renowned for its security and stability, combining long-term durability with outstanding performance. On the basis of providing energy storage systems, the company also provides customers with EPC general contracting and investment and financing services for integrated photovoltaic power stations, effectively improving energy utilization efficiency and reducing operating costs.
