In line with the principle of "everyone learns first aid, first aid for everyone", on March 11, 2023, the company's labor union led and the Environmental Safety Department organized an emergency rescue training. This training specially invited emergency rescue teachers from the Red Cross Society of Pidu District, Chengdu to give lectures, and more than 50 company employees participated.

During the training process, the Red Cross emergency rescue instructors introduced the development, purpose, and basic knowledge of emergency rescue of the Red Cross. They explained basic methods such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation, trauma rescue, and screening for airway foreign bodies. They also demonstrated practical skills such as artificial respiration, bandage wrapping, triangular bandage wrapping, tightening hemostasis, and Heimlich on site.

During the on-site practical exercise, the employees present practiced the key points of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on simulated human bodies under the guidance of the teacher. The participating employees also practiced trauma rescue and hemostatic bandaging with each other. Everyone was enthusiastic and showed great interest. Through a series of operations, I have systematically mastered the knowledge of emergency rescue, bandaging and hemostasis, fracture fixation, and other rescue techniques for cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

The theme training activity of "Creating a Healthy Enterprise and Guarding Employee Safety" has achieved good expected results. Through learning and practice, everyone has improved their emergency safety awareness and mastered the ability of self rescue and mutual rescue. Next, the company will organize more employees to receive emergency skills training and drills, continuously improve the company's emergency rescue management level, and lay a solid foundation for employees to better respond to and handle emergencies.
