On December 11, 2022, the 13th National Congress of the China Federation of Industry and Commerce opened in Beijing.

       Li Qiang, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, attended the opening ceremony and delivered congratulatory speeches on behalf of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council. Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Party Central Committee has adhered to the "two unwavering" principles and introduced a series of reform measures to support the development of the private economy. The scale and strength of China's private economy have significantly increased, playing an irreplaceable and important role in promoting development, increasing employment, improving people's livelihoods, promoting innovation, deepening reform, and expanding opening up. The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has pointed out the direction of progress and established action guidelines for the development of the Party and the country's cause in the new era and the realization of the second centenary goal. All levels of the Federation of Industry and Commerce should guide the vast number of private entrepreneurs to become qualified builders of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics, and guide them to practice the development concept of putting the people at the center.

      On December 12th, the first meeting of the 13th Executive Committee of the All China Federation of Industry and Commerce was held in Beijing. The meeting elected a new leadership structure and leadership team of the All China Federation of Industry and Commerce. Gao Yunlong was elected as the Chairman of the 13th Executive Committee of the All China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Xu Lejiang was elected as the Executive Vice Chairman. At the same time, the meeting elected Gao Yunlong as the President of the China Chamber of Commerce and Xu Lejiang as Vice Presidents.

　　Shi Taifeng, member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and Minister of the United Front Work Department, attended the meeting to congratulate and deliver a speech. He stated that he will adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and resolutely implement the Party's comprehensive leadership over the private economy.
