On February 12, 2022, Zhongzi Technology launched a team building activity with the theme of "New Starting Point, New Opportunities, New Challenges, and New Journey". The essence of this team building expansion activity is to internalize and externalize the spirit of enhancing responsibility and improving execution throughout the entire process of future work through this activity. We call on all members of Zhongzi Technology Company to further strengthen work discipline, transform work style, enhance execution, unite as one, work together, and take all aspects of Zhongzi Technology Company to a new level.

Ice breaking team brings closer and breaks down barriers

        The expansion training adopts the form of collaboration and competition. Before the activity starts, everyone quickly warms up through a series of ice breaking interactive games.

       After a simple warm-up, the trainees were randomly divided into four teams without distinction of position, age, or gender. Each team starts brainstorming to carry out challenging and fun activities, gathering ideas to come up with a team name, select a captain, and shout slogans. The loud team name and slogan boosted the morale of the team, and the trainees instantly broke through barriers and quickly integrated into the team.

In the expansion training, all team members are both family and comrades in arms. Through highly collaborative tasks and challenges, they stimulate their personal potential and enhance communication between partners.

        Countdown 10, 9, 8, 7... Keep going! Hurry up! Hurry up! Hurry up. In the beach landing project, the participating team members held hands, held their breath, shouted the rhythm, and cooperated in an orderly manner. The personnel crossing the beach also walked briskly and competed fiercely, with continuous cheers. In the preparation stage, each team member has already started to rub their fists and try their skills. Each team is full of confidence, and when the referee gives the order, everyone starts to fight in unison, chasing after each other. In the game, they develop a confident and fighting spirit of daring to break through, daring to fight, daring to win, daring to try, and daring to break through.

        Loosen up on the other side! Pull hard on the left side! One, two, one, two... "With a combination of looseness and tightness, I saw the small ball jumping up and down in the center of the big drum, inspiring people's hearts. This project not only tests everyone's cooperation, but also cultivates the team's sense of tolerance. Only when everyone focuses on the goal, listens to instructions, cooperates together, and has a moderate tension and relaxation can we achieve true team victory!  

        The tangram activity allows everyone to understand the relationship between small team goals and large team goals through practical roles. And after the activity, each group will conduct a review and summary: in the actual work, the interests of the company should be the top priority, and the company's overall goals should come first.

        Throughout the team building activity, everyone competed with each other and was in high spirits. After intense competition, the Wolf Warrior team achieved the ultimate victory! Chen Qizhang, Chairman of Zhongzi Technology, presented awards to the champion team and made a concluding speech. He stated that through this expansion activity, everyone was able to fully relax amidst their busy work schedules, enhancing communication and collaboration among employees. Everyone gained joy with sweat and success with courage. Everyone should continue to maintain a sense of striving to be the first and unwilling to fall behind in their daily work, in order to demonstrate their vigorous and energetic state in the new era. Through games, we can understand the essence of goals and execution, responsibility and accountability. In the upcoming work, all members of the team must unite and strive to create brilliance in the new starting point, new opportunities, new challenges, and new journey!
