In order to implement the spirit of the Civil Aviation Administration of China's "Notice on Issuing the Work Plan for Civil Aviation Implementation", a special seminar on airport vehicle exhaust emission transformation technology was held on October 24-25, 2019, hosted by the China Civil Aviation Management Cadre College and undertaken by Zhongzi Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Wenjiang, Chengdu. The conference focused on the topic of airport vehicle exhaust emission transformation technology, analyzing and discussing the problems faced by airport vehicle exhaust emission transformation. The aim is to enhance the understanding of vehicle exhaust emission transformation technology among civil aviation enterprises and promote the smooth implementation of airport vehicle emission transformation work together.
The conference invited experts such as Wang Yongdong, Director of the Pollution Control Department of Chengdu Motor Vehicle Center of Chengdu Ecological Environment Bureau, Yue Pengfei, Associate Professor of China Civil Aviation Management Cadre College, Chen Yaoqiang, Professor of Sichuan University, and Li Yun, Deputy Director of the National Engineering Laboratory of Mobile Source Pollution Emission Control Technology, to attend and discuss. At the same time, representatives from civil aviation enterprises such as Air China Limited, Beijing Bowei Aviation Facilities Management Co., Ltd. Vehicle Branch, Chengdu Shuangliu Airport, and China Eastern Airlines were also invited to exchange experience on airport vehicle exhaust modification.
The seminar was chaired by Associate Professor Yue Pengfei from the Civil Aviation Management Cadre College of China. It closely focused on the spirit of the "Three Year Action Plan for Winning the Blue Sky Defense War" issued by the State Council and the "Notice on Implementing the Work Plan for Civil Aviation Implementation" issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China. The seminar focused on the theme of airport vehicle exhaust emission transformation technology, and combined with work and practice, it was conducted from the aspects of motor vehicle pollution control technology, Air China's progress in winning the blue sky defense war and exhaust emission control experience, Sichuan Airport Group's progress report on winning the blue sky defense war and sharing of exhaust emission control effectiveness, exploration of Eastern Airlines' vehicle exhaust emission experience, and post-treatment technology suitable for airport special vehicle exhaust treatment transformation.
