From June 5th to 8th, 2026, the "Annual Conference on Carbon Neutrality and Emission Control of Internal Combustion Power" hosted by the Chinese Internal Combustion Engine Society was successfully held in Chengdu. The conference, with the theme of "Dual Carbon, Green", focused on cutting-edge directions such as carbon neutrality, emission control, and green low-carbon of internal combustion power, providing an efficient academic and technological exchange platform for the industry.

Huang Zhen, an academician of the CAE Member, a member of the Chinese Internal Combustion Engine Society, and a chair professor of Shanghai Jiaotong University, Li Qiushi, president of Xihua University, Dong Jianfu, vice president of the Chinese Internal Combustion Engine Society, Li Shusheng, vice president and secretary-general of the Chinese Internal Combustion Engine Society, and Liu Zhigang, vice president of the Chinese Internal Combustion Engine Society, attended the meeting. 345 experts, research backbones, and young scholars from over 170 universities, research institutes, and leading enterprises in the field of internal combustion engines across the country gathered together to explore new paths for green and low-carbon transformation. As a supporting unit of this event, Chairman Chen Qizhang of Zhongzi Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongzi Technology") delivered a speech at the opening ceremony.

He stated that as a listed company on the Science and Technology Innovation Board, Zhongzi Technology has been deeply involved in the field of internal combustion engine exhaust purification for more than 20 years. From motorcycles to gasoline engines, diesel engines, and natural gas vehicle exhaust purification catalysts, it has built a full chain innovation achievement transformation system from scientific research, technological breakthroughs, engineering iterations to product commercialization. It has achieved a leapfrog development from following and running to leading in segmented tracks, and has won titles such as national manufacturing industry champions.

At present, Zhongzi Technology has comprehensively laid out the research and development of emission technologies corresponding to the National Seven standards for gasoline, diesel, natural gas, and the National Five standards for diesel non road and motorcycle. The relevant achievements have been verified and implemented in key customers. For low-carbon and zero carbon fuel internal combustion engines using hydrogen, ammonia, and alcohol, the company is simultaneously developing specialized post-treatment catalysts and actively laying out the next generation of clean energy emission reduction technologies. At the same time, Zhongzi Technology hopes to work hand in hand with experts, scholars, and industry colleagues to break through key core technologies, resolutely win the "bottleneck" technology battle, and provide technical support for the realization of national and global "dual carbon" goals.

In the conference report section, Wang Yun, General Manager of Zhongzi Technology, shared the progress of key technology research and development of heavy-duty gas turbine post-treatment catalysts, systematically showcasing the company's technological breakthroughs in the field of gas turbine post-treatment catalysts in response to the National Emission Standard 7.

At the sub session on "Emission Control Technologies for Future Regulations", Wang Ruifang, Chief Technology Officer of Zhongzi Technology, gave a special report entitled "Research on Catalyst Technology for After treatment of Ammonia Internal Combustion Engines", showcasing the company's technological reserves for zero carbon fuel engine emission control and its deep layout in the field of next-generation clean energy technology.
