Part 1

Function and purpose

This product is specially designed for sintering machine flue gas and coke oven flue gas in the steel industry. It is developed to address the characteristics of large temperature fluctuations and complex exhaust gas composition in sintering, coking and other processes. It is a catalytic oxidation catalyst for treating carbon monoxide (CO) in complex flue gas environments, which can efficiently convert CO into non-toxic CO2 at lower temperatures and achieve efficient energy conservation and carbon reduction in synergy.

1. Energy saving (waste heat recovery): The CO oxidation reaction is an exothermic reaction, and the reaction heat is used instead of gas for heating. Combined with GGH to heat up the inlet and outlet flue gas, the use of gas can be significantly reduced, saving costs.

2. Carbon reduction and emission reduction: Efficiently remove CO, directly and significantly reduce carbon emissions and environmental taxes every year, in response to the national "dual carbon" goal.

Market Application and Technical Indicators

Removal efficiency: 70% -95%, customized according to the production equipment conditions and requirements of the enterprise.

Applicable bed temperature: 260 ℃ -400 ℃, covering the temperature range of flue gas after denitrification.

Structural form: Honeycomb catalytic unit, packaged as a whole module, size customized according to customer needs.

Service life: 2-6 years, providing energy management and efficiency standard types according to customer needs.
