Part 1
Purification of HC, CO, and soluble organic matter SOF in diesel engine exhaust.
When matching DOC with SCR catalyst, upstream D is usedOC will remove N from diesel engine exhaustOOxidation to NO2,To achieve rapid reaction of downstream SCR catalysts.
When matching DOC and CDPF catalysts,Oxidation of NO in diesel engine exhaust through DOC to NO2,NO2Carbon dioxide particles achieve passive regeneration of CDPF; DOC can also directly oxidize and inject fuel HC to increase the inlet temperature of CDPF catalyst, achieving active regeneration of CDPF.
Applicable to the national V and VI emission standards for road diesel engines and the national IV and above emission standards for non road diesel engines.
Part 2
HC, CO, SOF have low ignition temperatures and purification efficiencies of over 90%; With a wide NO oxidation window, CDPF can be continuously passively regenerated, reducing its active regeneration frequency and actual vehicle fuel consumption; Low temperature NO has strong oxidizing properties and can greatly improve the low-temperature NOx conversion rate of SCR; Good resistance to high-temperature hydrothermal aging and sulfur resistance, with a long service life of the product.
