On the occasion of International Women's Day on March 8th, the Sichuan Provincial Federation of Trade Unions launched the "Sichuan Province May Day Women's Award Competition" to commend the Sichuan Province May Day Women's Model Post (Model).

          On March 6th, the Sichuan Provincial Federation of Trade Unions and the Chengdu Municipal Federation of Trade Unions held the "Rose Book Fragrance" Sichuan Province Female Workers' Painting, Calligraphy and Photography Excellent Works Exhibition at the Chengdu Workers' Cultural Palace, showcasing the Chinese Dream, Labor Beauty - Inspiring Women's Aspiration and Advancing on a New Journey. At the launch ceremony, they awarded honorary certificates to the advanced collectives and individuals selected as the Sichuan Province May Day Women's Model Post and the Sichuan Province May Day Women's Model. Cheng Yongxiang, Senior Engineer of Zhongzi Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., has been awarded the honorary title of "Sichuan Province May Day Women's Model"!

          Cheng Yongxiang has been working at Zhongzi Technology for 11 years, continuously innovating and focusing on research, product development, and industrialization of automotive exhaust catalyst technology. Led the team to complete the development of natural gas catalysts that meet the requirements of China VI regulations, broke the monopoly of multinational corporations, successfully achieved domestic substitution, and led the industry in technological level, contributing to the development of the industry.

Cheng Yongxiang has published 5 academic papers, led the development of 1 industry standard, and obtained 13 authorized Chinese invention patents and 3 US patents. She has presided over 3 provincial and ministerial level scientific research projects/projects, leading her technical team to improve her own and team members' abilities in competition with international peers. She won the "First Prize of Sichuan Science and Technology Progress" in 2018, the "Gold Award of the First National Postdoctoral Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition - Innovation Competition" and the honorary title of "High tech Craftsman" in 2021, the "First Prize of Sichuan Patent Award" and the honorary title of "Chengdu Craftsman" in 2022, and the "First Prize of Sichuan Environmental Protection Science and Technology Award" and the title of "Female Pioneer of Intellectual Property" in 2023.

          Now, a new mark has been added to the honor list, which is a recognition of her past hard work and a driving force for her future progress.
