On December 26, the fourth commendation meeting for outstanding builders of socialism with Chinese characteristics in Sichuan Province was held in Chengdu Jinniu Hotel. The meeting was presided over by Zhao Junmin, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, head of the United Front Work Department, and chairman of the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions. Wang Xiaohui, secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, attended the meeting and made a speech. He proposed to be a model of patriotism, dedication, innovation, and entrepreneurship. The meeting announced the commendation of exemplary individual in non-public economic development in the province and advanced people in new social strata, and awarded medals. Chen Qizhang, Chairman of Zhongzi Technology, was awarded the title of "Outstanding Builder of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the Fourth Sichuan Province".

It is reported that this is a high-level and high standard selection and commendation conference jointly organized by the United Front Work Department of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau, and the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, which has selected 100 outstanding builders of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the fourth Sichuan Province.
