On September 5th, the opening ceremony of the Private Economy Standard Innovation Conference and Standard Innovation Week, jointly organized by the All China Federation of Industry and Commerce and the State Administration for Market Regulation, was held in Beijing. According to the requirements of the All China Federation of Industry and Commerce, Sichuan Province has established branch venues. Mr. Chen Qizhang, the chairman of the company, was invited by the Sichuan Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce to attend the meeting via video conference.

          The opening ceremony of the conference was presided over by Lu Yong, a member of the Party Group and Vice Chairman of the All China Federation of Industry and Commerce. The conference first showcased the achievements and experiences of standard innovation in the new era of private economy in the form of video clips. Then, the National Federation of Industry and Commerce Chamber of Commerce awarded the "Leader" certificate for group standards. Representatives from enterprises such as CATL and New Hope successively spoke at the conference; Zhang Xiaogang, Director of the Standardization Working Committee of the All China Federation of Industry and Commerce, pointed out that standards are an important technical foundation and powerful lever for achieving high-quality development; Promoting the standardization of the private economy is of great significance for advancing the modernization of the national governance system and capacity. Luo Wen, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the State Administration for Market Regulation, attended and delivered a speech. He pointed out the need to promote the construction of a technology, standard, and patent linkage system for private enterprises and encourage them to strive to become "enterprise leaders". Encourage private enterprises to actively carry out standardization work, improve the standardization work system, perfect the enterprise standardization system, actively implement standards in enterprise production management, and enhance enterprise efficiency; Strengthen the protection of patents during the standard setting process and promote the active application of industrialization achievements of private enterprises. Gao Yunlong, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Chairman of the All China Federation of Industry and Commerce, pointed out that standardization is a technological guidance that leads private enterprises towards high-quality development, and a perspective window for the hard core strength of enterprises; Efforts should be made to cultivate the core competitiveness of enterprises with high standards, accelerate the process of "benchmarking", "meeting standards", and "creating standards", and provide high-quality products and services in order to lead the path of high-quality development. Vigorously develop group standards and guide social organizations to formulate original and high-quality standards.

          After the meeting, Chairman Chen Qizhang stated that first-class enterprises set the standard, while second-class enterprises establish the brand. Standards represent the discourse power of rules and the high ground of industrial competition, playing an irreplaceable role in promoting high-quality development of enterprises. Patents are products of research and development, while standards correspond to engineering and products. As the leader unit of the Internal Combustion Engine Emission After treatment Catalyst Working Group of the National Internal Combustion Engine Standardization Technical Committee, the next step is to strengthen the understanding of standards among enterprise employees, enhance the application of standards in the production and management processes of enterprises, achieve patent standardization, and let standards promote the high-quality development of the company.

           The 2022 Private Economy Standard Innovation Conference and Standard Innovation Week aims to jointly promote standard innovation in the private economy and promote high-quality development of the private economy. The conference will be held from September 5th, 2022 to September 9th, 2022, in a combination of main and sub venues, both online and offline. The conference will have special sessions in Beijing, Hangzhou, Jiangsu, Shandong, Shenzhen, and Chengdu, with the theme of the Chengdu session being "Implementing Standardization Strategy and Leading High Quality Development".
