(referred to as "Zhongzi Technology") and Xinyan Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xinyan Hydrogen Energy") signed a "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement". In the future, both parties will fully leverage their respective advantages in technology, platforms and other resources in their respective fields, establish a long-term and stable strategic cooperation relationship in the core technology field of hydrogen fuel cells, and actively promote the technology and industrialization process of hydrogen fuel cells.

          According to the agreement, both parties will carry out in-depth cooperation in related fields such as hydrogen fuel cell stack systems, key components, core materials, etc., and use their respective advantages to provide sufficient support for cooperation, jointly forming new development advantages and core competitiveness.

        Zhongzi Technology (stock code: 688737), founded in 2005, was listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2021. The company is committed to the research and development of catalysts (devices) for post-treatment of emissions from natural gas (CNG/LNG), diesel, gasoline and other fuel engines, as well as new materials and energy technologies such as hydrogen fuel cell electrocatalysts, energy storage and power batteries.
