          On July 1st, Chairman Chen Qizhang, General Manager Li Yun, and Deputy General Manager Wang Yun led relevant staff to inspect the company's fuel cell catalyst production line.

          According to the functional modules, the production line is divided into seven major functional areas: raw material buffer area, carrier pretreatment area, catalyst synthesis area, catalyst purification area, catalyst drying area, catalyst post-treatment area, and finished product testing area. The key equipment on the production line is non-standard customized development equipment, which has the characteristics of online quality monitoring, automatic monitoring and control of process parameters, and automatic data recording. It can achieve consistency in the structure and performance of each batch of products and traceability of products.

Acceptance Site Diagram (II)          The company has completed the optimization and finalization of the product process for the hundred gram level in the early stage, and can achieve the kilogram scale production of platinum carbon electrocatalysts. The company will further shorten production time, increase production capacity, reduce catalyst costs, and improve the durability of electrocatalysts through process optimization, material improvement, and other measures based on customer feedback.

          The completion of the fuel cell catalyst production line marks that our company has officially acquired the production technology capability for continuous industrialization of fuel cell catalysts. At the same time, the realization of the batch production capacity of alloy catalysts in the "13th Five Year Plan" national key research and development program "Synthesis Technology and Batch Preparation of High Performance/Anti Poisoning Vehicle Fuel Cell Catalysts" in which the company participates has good practical significance. As of now, the company has applied for more than 40 patents and authorized 4 invention patents in the field of fuel cells.
