Recently, the Tianjin Science and Technology Award Conference and the Conference on Promoting Innovation in Science and Technology System and Mechanism were held in the Tianjin Hall, where the decision for the 2021 Tianjin Science and Technology Award was announced. Among them, the project of "R&D and industrial application of key technologies for diesel vehicle emission post-treatment that meet the National VI standard" completed by Zhongzi Technology won the first prize of Science and Technology Progress Award.

The award of this project is the result of the joint efforts of China Automotive Technology Research Center Co., Ltd., China Automotive Research Institute (Tianjin) Automotive Engineering Research Institute Co., Ltd., Tianjin University, Nankai University, Weichai Power Co., Ltd., Zhongzi Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., and Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd.

In this project, Zhongzi Technology has developed key catalytic materials, formulas, and processes for the National VI catalyst, ultimately transforming the technological achievements intoCatalyst products with independent intellectual property rightsSolved the bottleneck problem of key technologies in the entire industry chain.At present, the products related to the project have been applied to the National VI aftertreatment system for diesel vehicles, which is of great significance for further improving the quality of China's atmospheric environment.
