On October 29th, commissioned by the Sichuan Provincial Emergency Management Department, the Standardization Review Group of the Sichuan Occupational Safety and Health Association conducted an on-site evaluation of our company's establishment of a second level enterprise for safety production standardization. After a day of centralized evaluation, Zhongzi Technology successfully passed the safety production standardization second level enterprise standard evaluation with a score of 82.1, and was officially rated as a safety production standardization second level standard enterprise.

         The review team conducted a strict inspection, assessment, and evaluation of 13 evaluation categories, 47 evaluation items, and 197 evaluation contents, including the company's safety production goals, organizational structure, education and training, equipment and facilities, job safety, occupational health, and hidden danger investigation, through listening to reports, on-site inspections, reviewing materials, and assessing employee safety awareness. The review experts highly praised and affirmed the company's work on safety production standardization construction, and provided overall evaluation conclusions and level recommendation opinions. They unanimously agreed that the company's leadership attaches importance to it, the management system is sound, the basic work is solid, and the information is objective, standardized, and detailed. At the same time, experts have put forward improvement suggestions for the deficiencies in the inspection, suggesting that our company upgrade from Level 3 standardization to Level 2 standardization for the first time, and further strengthen hazard management, training and education, and safety management of relevant parties. After evaluation, the company's safety production standardization enterprise level 2 standard has been unanimously approved by the expert group.

         In recent years, in order to improve the safety management level of our company and ensure its safe development, in accordance with relevant national regulations and our own development needs, the company launched the activity of creating a second level enterprise for safety production standardization in January 2021. We established a safety work leadership group with General Manager Li Yun as the first safety responsible person, revised 59 safety production management systems, and 18 operating procedures for each position. In carrying out safety production standardization work, the company, based on its own work reality, takes identification of hazardous and harmful factors and risk assessment as the core. During the standardization construction period, the company invested more than 700000 yuan in hidden danger rectification, built two gas cylinder rooms to regulate gas cylinder storage, and added 56 alarm instruments to each laboratory, oil depot, and gas cylinder room. From an engineering and technical perspective, the company rectified occupational hazards such as noise and dust on site, provided a good working environment for employees, regularly inspected key issues and management problems in the process of achieving standards, established a long-term safety production management mechanism of self-restraint and continuous improvement, and successfully completed various preparatory work in the early stage.

         During the review, General Manager Li Yun, on behalf of the company, expressed gratitude to the expert evaluation team for their comprehensive and pragmatic assessment of our company's safety production work. He pointed out that the successful passing of the second level enterprise evaluation for safety production standardization indicates that the company's safety production management has taken a new level, which is not only a recognition of the company's previous safety production work, but also an encouragement and impetus for the next step of work. He emphasized that the second level safety production standardization should be taken as the starting point for future work, to enhance ideological awareness, and to use standardization as an important lever to promote the company's self-improvement and continuous improvement of safety production work. He requested that the company carefully rectify the problems found during the review, ensure implementation, continuously improve and perfect, and persistently focus on safety work.

         Safety work has no endpoint and is closely related to the survival of enterprises. The company will continue to promote the standardization of safety production, strictly implement the requirements of safety standardization at all levels of the province, city, and district, implement the safety responsibility system in practice, comprehensively improve employees' safety awareness, solidly carry out safety production work, constantly promote operations, and enhance the level of essential safety.
