The first internal trainer training camp of Zhongzi has been successfully concluded

    In order to further improve the training system, enhance the skills of internal trainers, and create a batch of classic courseware, the first internal trainer training camp of China Self Service officially opened from July 23 to July 24, 2021.

    The instructor for this internal trainer training camp is Ms. Hu Shumei, who uses humorous language, specialized courseware, and diverse training methods to keep students fully interested and attentive. Through the learning and practice of modules such as "Lecturer Skills", "Courseware Development Skills", and "Psychological Breakthrough Skills", students have gained a more systematic understanding and recognition of the requirements and skills of internal trainers.

    Forty students, after a week of preparation and a full day of theoretical learning on the 23rd, gave practical explanations on six themes including "Building High Performance Teams", "Effective Communication", "Time Management", "Project Management", "Stress and Emotion Management", and "Winning in Execution" on the 24th.

    The members of the internal trainer evaluation team for this training were personally appointed by senior executives such as Chairman Chen Qizhang, General Manager Li Yun, Deputy General Manager Chen Dequan, Assistant General Manager Wang Yun, Assistant General Manager Jiang Zhongfeng, and Chairman of the Supervisory Board Cai Hong. The judges evaluated the students one by one from professional perspectives such as the lecturer's language expression, course mastery, courseware production, teaching speed, and body language.

    A week of courseware discussion preparation, two days of full participation in the training camp, one day of fast-paced trial lectures, and 10 minutes of practical exercises for each person, the rich, intense, and tense first phase of the internal trainer training camp has been successfully concluded.

    Through multidimensional evaluations such as classroom learning and performance exercises, PPT production, and trial teaching, this training camp ultimately selected one outstanding team and five outstanding individuals.

    At the end of the training camp, the chairman of the company, Chen Qizhang, expressed a message to every student:

1. Zhongzi will create a Training 1.0 system to provide more training opportunities for company talents, enabling everyone to improve themselves while empowering others;

2. I hope the company can produce more talents, and everyone can become excellent internal trainers to create classic courseware, from general to professional knowledge, from helping talent development to promoting product innovation;
