On June 27, 2021, the Sichuan Federation of Industry and Commerce held a grand celebration of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China for private enterprises in Sichuan Province at the Jinniu Hotel. 40 outstanding Communist Party members, 20 Party workers, and 10 grassroots Party organizations were commended on site for their outstanding performance and work achievements in various aspects. Comrade Chen Qizhang attaches great importance to the concept of scientific development and research and development. Before the country introduced strict air pollution control and environmental protection policies, he demanded high standards of himself and his company. He led all employees of the company to quietly cultivate the air pollution control market for 16 years, not afraid of difficulties and obstacles. He invested a large amount of funds in research and development, introduced advanced equipment and facilities, and spared no effort to do a good job in environmental protection, so that the company's catalyst technology level reached domestic and international leadership. He regards "controlling air pollution and realizing the dream of blue skies and white clouds" as his relentless pursuit. The pursuit of environmental protection has reached a level of nitpicking, leading all employees to build Zhongzi Environmental Protection into a national enterprise technology center and a key high-tech enterprise in the National Torch Plan.

      On the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC, the IPO of Zhongzi Environmental Protection passed the review of the municipal party committee on the science and technology innovation board. Comrade Chen Qizhang stated that since its establishment 16 years ago, the company has never forgotten its original aspiration of "becoming a leader in the Chinese industry and a world leader", kept in mind its mission, continued to increase scientific research investment in the fields of air quality standards, peak carbon emissions, and carbon neutrality, overcome and master core technologies, achieve independent and controllable key technologies, and solve the "bottleneck" problem.
