On April 21, 2021, the Fourth Executive Council of the First Council of China Hydrogen Energy and Fuel Cell Industry Innovation Strategic Alliance (hereinafter referred to as "China Hydrogen Energy Alliance") was held in Beijing. The meeting approved Sinopec's accession to the alliance and joint chairman unit, with Sinopec Chairman Zhang Yuzhuo becoming the joint chairman.

        At the same time, 6 new director units including Sun Yat sen University and Zhongzi Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., as well as 12 member units including Cummins (China) Investment Co., Ltd., have been added. The number of alliance member units has officially increased to 105.

Zhongzi has officially become a member of the China Hydrogen Energy Alliance

        At this point, the China Hydrogen Energy Alliance has joint chairman units, National Energy Group and Sinopec, marking the beginning of a new era in which energy central enterprises are fully committed to promoting the development of the hydrogen energy industry.

        The China Hydrogen Energy Alliance will keep in mind the original intention and mission of promoting the high-quality development of China's hydrogen energy industry, work together with partners in the upstream and downstream of the industry chain, move towards the hydrogen energy ecology, and contribute to the national carbon peak and carbon neutrality strategy.
