On December 1, 2020, the company held the annual QCC activity topic improvement presentation and commendation conference. Eight QC teams presented their improvement processes and results with their respective improvement topics at the conference. The chairman of the company, Chen Qizhang, attended the meeting. At the meeting, a review team consisting of five leaders, Li Yun, Chen Dequan, Gong Wenxu, Wu Min, and Zhang Zhifeng, conducted a detailed evaluation and guidance on the improvement issues of each QC group. Through intense competition, the Pioneer Circle's "Improving the Timeliness of Sample Activity Testing" project was slightly better and won the first prize. The RD Circle's "Reducing the Roasting Temperature of Diesel DOC Products" and the Dare to Change Circle's "2 # Carrier Cutting Machine Deviation Technology Transformation" respectively won the second and third prizes.

    Throughout the entire process of this year's activities, the leaders and instructors of each circle actively participated, united and cooperated with their members, and contributed their own strength to the improvement of the project. Through evaluation, RD Circle Leader Wu Dongdong stood out and was named the "Excellent Circle Leader" of this year, and Instructor Mou Ping was named the "Excellent Instructor".     Through this QCC activity, we have cultivated a group of improvement backbones who have mastered QC system methods to identify, analyze, and solve problems. The problem-solving ability, logical thinking ability, execution ability, teamwork ability, and cross departmental communication ability of all employees have also been well practiced. Of course, as this is the company's first QCC activity, the members of the circle lack experience and still have a lot of room for improvement in topic selection, data analysis, and accounting for improved economic value. As the new year approaches, we will continue to carry out QCC activities and hope that more departments and members will join in. We hope that all employees can explore more and better improvement topics, use QC thinking and problem-solving methods to continuously overcome difficulties, create more value for the company, and continuously improve their personal improvement abilities.
