On December 23-24, 2019, auditors Liu Yong and He Zhiqiang from T Ü V S Ü D conducted an IATF16949 automotive quality system annual supervision audit on Zhongzi Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.

       The first meeting was held at 9:00 am on the 27th in Conference Room 408 of Zhongzi Environmental Protection, attended by company leaders, department and workshop heads, and internal auditors. The audit team leader, Mr. Liu Yong, provided a detailed explanation of the major processes and audit plan for this audit. General Manager Li Yun, on behalf of Zhongzi Environmental Protection, welcomed the arrival of the audit team and arranged for accompanying personnel during the audit process. He requested that the departments and relevant responsible persons involved in the audit actively cooperate to ensure the smooth completion of the supervision and audit work.

      Through data review, on-site evidence collection, and inquiry, the South German audit expert group believes that Zhongzi Environmental Protection fully incorporates the advanced aspects of the automotive industry management system standards, which lie in the use of the five major tools APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and PPAP throughout the project management planning, preliminary process planning analysis, inspection capability judgment, process capability evaluation, and final product delivery of automotive products, to ensure and monitor product quality to meet customer requirements. The IATF16949 quality management system implemented by Zhongzi Environmental Protection Company continues to operate effectively, laying the foundation for continuous supply to customers in the automotive industry. On the morning of December 28th, the audit ended, and the final meeting was held at 11 o'clock in the conference room. Auditors Liu Yong and He Zhiqiang reported that the audit results were valid and requested the company to identify general non conformities for this audit, identify the root causes, develop practical and effective measures, and implement corrective measures in place. At the meeting, the reviewing teacher provided valuable suggestions to Zhongzi Environmental Protection Company regarding the issues identified during the audit. At the same time, they hoped that Zhongzi Company would continue to strengthen its quality management and strive to improve its quality management system, especially in the current market where orders are strong and performance has increased significantly compared to previous years, with sales reaching over 900 million yuan.

     General Manager Li Yun, Management Representative, and Deputy General Manager Chen Dequan expressed gratitude on behalf of the company for the hard work of the audit team. They requested all departments to further improve the quality system management of China Environmental Protection by addressing general non conformities and addressing issues in the system, ensuring the continuous and effective operation of the IATF16949:2016 quality management system.
