          On September 26-28, 2019, the 4th International Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicle Congress (FCVC) was successfully held in Rugao, Jiangsu. Under the leadership of Chairman Chen Qizhang, Zhongzi Hydrogen Energy participated in technology exhibitions and academic conferences, receiving widespread attention from hydrogen fuel cell experts and scholars at home and abroad.

          The International Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Vehicle Conference is a world-class annual industry event jointly organized by the International Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association and the Chinese Society of Automotive Engineering. It gathers developers of hydrogen and fuel cell technology, fuel cell vehicle manufacturers, investors in the hydrogen and fuel cell field, and government policy makers from around the world to work together to promote the commercial development of hydrogen and fuel cell vehicles. This conference attracted experts and scholars from over 20 countries including Asia, Europe, and America, as well as more than 500 units and individuals from domestic and foreign government, industry, academia, and research institutions, with over 1500 delegates.

         Zhongzi Environmental Protection showcased its independently developed SEC series electrocatalysts, SCM series membrane electrodes, graphite bipolar plates, and SFC series stacks for the first time at the conference. Faced with the opportunities and challenges of China's hydrogen energy and fuel cell development, the Zhongzi Hydrogen Energy team focuses on researching and developing high-performance and low-cost hydrogen fuel cell electrocatalysts, iteratively developing the SEC100 and SEC200 series catalysts. This technology has the characteristics of small particle size and narrow particle size distribution, large electrochemical activity area, low cost, high activity, and good stability, breaking through the bottleneck of electrocatalyst material technology and foreign monopoly, and reaching the advanced level of international industrial catalysts. Based on excellent hydrogen catalyst technology, Zhongzi Hydrogen Energy has also developed the SCM series membrane electrode according to market customer demand. This product has the characteristics of ultra-thin and uniform thickness, high power density, and long service life. The self-designed graphite bipolar plate has a serpentine multi-channel flow channel, with uniform gas distribution and low pressure drop, effectively carrying water out of the flow channel. The hybrid serpentine flow channel developed on this basis has the characteristics of guiding gas secondary distribution at the end, good uniformity, and not easy to block. The self-designed fuel cell stack has the characteristics of simple and compact structure, high reliability, and wide applicable temperature range.

         During the International Hydrogen and Battery Conference, the Zhongzi Hydrogen Energy booth attracted the attention of many visitors. Several experts in the industry visited the Zhongzi Hydrogen Energy booth for technical exchanges and work guidance. Among them, Li Jun, academician of the CAE Member, chairman of the Chinese Society of Automotive Engineering, and Ding Wenjiang, academician of the CAE Member and director of the Hydrogen Science Center of Shanghai Jiaotong University, all came to our booth to learn more about the technical progress of hydrogen energy in the field of hydrogen energy.

           Zhongzi Hydrogen Energy participated in the 4th International Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Vehicle Conference and achieved very good results. While successfully showcasing Zhongzi Hydrogen Energy technology/products to peers, it also further understood customer needs, pointed out the direction for the later technology research and development route, and put forward new ideas and challenges.
