Summary
Bipolar plate, also known as collector plate, is one of the important components of fuel cell. It has the following functions and properties: separating fuel and oxidant to prevent gas from passing through; collecting and conducting current with high conductivity; designing and processing channels to distribute gas evenly to the reaction layer of the electrode for electrode reaction; discharging heat to keep the temperature field of the battery uniform; corrosion resistance, whose performance directly affects the output power and service life of the battery.
