Using high temperature and high specific surface materials and high performance rare earth oxygen storage materials as carriers, using precious metals Pt, Pd or transition metals Mn, Co as main active ingredients, a monolithic catalyst was prepared by uniform distribution of high dispersion rate. Through catalytic oxidation of various industrial volatile organic waste gases VOCs, industrial emissions were realized.
Mainly used in chemical industry, printing, machinery, electronics, automotive manufacturing and maintenance, insulation materials and other industries emissions containing aromatic hydrocarbons, oxygen and other organic pollutants and carbon monoxide and other harmful toxicants.

Good catalytic activity and thermal stability at low temperature
Concentration and space velocity have a wide range of adaptability. Under the conditions of 2000-8000mg/m_concentration of organic matter in exhaust gas, 10000-20000h-1 space velocity and 250-350 C inlet temperature of reaction gas, the purification effect is more than 98%.
It has good heat resistance and can withstand short-term impact at 900 C.
